NWSS has for many years welcomed Surrey school children to guided tours of the synagogue
giving them the opportunity of experiencing a Jewish place of worship, gaining some knowledge
of Jewish traditions and practices with the opportunity to see the Torah scrolls
and other traditional artifacts.
Each year about a hundred schools take the opportunity of these visits.
